Modern Stays Cleaning Co was founded by Rochelle Clarke. Rochelle was born and raised in a small town called Mission, BC. Rochelle started working at the age of 15 as a hostess with the well known Earls restaurants. While going to school, she mastered several positions leading to management with the company and fell in love with hospitality.  After completing broadcasting school when she was 25, Rochelle was hired as a spokesperson and sales manager for virgin mobile. During this time she met someone that needed assistance with his properties and vacation homes across Canada to set them up, design, furnish, hire housekeepers, manage trades, and this is when her first cleaning company Urban Mint Services was born. Urban Mint Services became a well known  property management company and high end cleaning service for estates and airbnb's across Canada. Rochelle built a team she calls to this day family. With a loyal and dedicated team, Rochelle signed her first large contract with SONDER and managed and serviced up to 30 luxury airbnb's cleans per day along with over 200 other clients throughout Canada. She successfully sold this business in 2017 when her desire to travel was a must. She then moved into work in the corporate field and worked with a few facility management and janitorial companies. Rochelle completed sales school and worked as a Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Director of Business Development in the commercial janitorial sector. Rochelle's passion is helping other companies grow, helping individuals grow and recognizing their talents.  Rochelle spent time learning and mastering the design of cleaning programs and creating customized scopes of work for hotels, restaurants, large facilities, airbnb's and short term vacation rentals. To wrap up her years of experience and give clients and employees the best experience, Rochelle created Modern Stays Cleaning Co. A company dedicated towards 5 star cleaning services, permanent housekeeping placement for hotels and private home owners and developing consistent cleaning patterns and teams that are recognized across Canada. Rochelle's love for travel, staying in airbnb's and hotels has made her particular about sharing reviews and very picky about cleaning.
